Long lists are impossible to achieve. But I like your idea of daily or weekly resolutions. We tend to set unrealistic goals...I like this idea! We tend to set unrealistic goals on ourselves and then beat ourselves up afterward if we don't meet them. Setting simple goals for each day or a slightly bigger one each week sounds idle.
